Booking and Payment
- Booking: All bookings must be confirmed in writing. Verbal agreements are not considered binding.
- Payment: Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement. Full payment must be made as per the agreed schedule. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, bank transfers, and cash.
- Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service to avoid cancellation fees.
Client Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding the items to be moved, including any special handling requirements.
- Preparation: Clients should ensure that all items are properly prepared for transport, including securing fragile items and disassembling furniture, unless these services are included in the agreement.
- Accessibility: Clients must ensure that the moving locations are accessible to our team and vehicles.
Liability
- Damage and Loss: Gati Shift Packers and Movers will take utmost care in handling your belongings. However, we are not liable for any damage or loss caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or accidents.
- Insurance: We offer insurance options for additional protection. Clients are encouraged to purchase insurance to cover any potential loss or damage.
Complaints and Disputes
- Complaints: Any complaints must be reported to our customer service within 24 hours of the service completion.
- Disputes: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action.
Privacy
Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the policy.
Changes to Terms
